La 2 of TVE has premiered the documentary series Un mundo aparte(A World Apart), which consists on 13 chapters of 60 minutes each showing the world through the eyes of travelers. The figure of the camera operator, invisible, with his particular view of the world, gives voice to the series, leading the viewer through the big routes, gathered in one same trip. From Spain to Cape North, from St. Petersburg to Kamchatka Peninsula, from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego and from Cape Town to Istanbul. The aim of the series is to show the indigenous peoples. The expedition is a witness of the XXI Century aboriginal cultures and live with them showing their realities without stopping only in folklore. The music is signed by Iván Palomares (Madrid, 1977), winner of the Jerry Goldsmith Award in 2009 for the music of the documentary Mundos de agua: el agua viajera and finalist on three other occasions, and that here applies a score quite varied, covering the epic, the ethnic and the evocative. La 2 de TVE acaba de estrenar la serie documental Un mundo aparte, que consta de 13 capítulos de 60 minutos cada uno en los que se muestra el mundo a través de la mirada de los viajeros. La figura del operador de cámara, invisible, con su particular visión del mundo, pone voz a la serie, guiando al espectador a lo largo de las grandes rutas, reunidas en un mismo viaje. De España a Cabo Norte, de San Petersburgo a la Península de Kamchatka, de Alaska a Tierra del Fuego y de Ciudad del Cabo a Estambul. El objetivo de la serie es mostrar a los pueblos indígenas. La expedición es testigo de las culturas aborígenes del siglo XXI y convive con ellos mostrando su realidad sin detenerse solamente en el folclore. La música la firma Iván Palomares (Madrid, 1977), ganador del Premio Jerry Goldsmith en 2009 por la música del documental Mundos de agua: el agua viajera y finalista en otras tres ocasiones, y que aquí aplica una partitura muy variada, abarcando lo épico, lo étnico y lo evocador.
